Every Sunday starting June 24, you can catch up to two hours of stand-up comedy performed by some of comedy’s most innovative and talked about artists.

Headliner: Yannis Pappas
Yannis Pappas’ album Let Me Be Yannis was awarded Album of the Year for 2016 by SiriusXM Comedy. His Half Hour Comedy Central Special is available on Amazon, iTunes, and ComedyCentral.com. In 2015, he was the host of the comedy sports show, Webby nominee and Media Synopisis Award winner for “Best Sports Digital Series”, AOL’s 2 Point Lead. Before that, he was the Co-Anchor of Fusion Live, a live, primetime, one-hour news magazine program which focused on current events, pop culture, and satire. Yannis was also the co-host of MSG’s sports fan show, The Bracket. He has also been featured on AXS TV, TruTV, VH1 and Good Morning America. He is known for his popular characters Mr. Panos and Maurica.

NYLaughs.org is a unique performing arts non-profit that aims to change the cultural landscape of the Big Apple through humor. From parks to streets and even subways, we provide New Yorkers laughter free of charge with our public, live comedy shows. We want to celebrate and deepen an appreciation of the comic arts. We also want to make New York a better place by cultivating community, inspiring our audiences, and making the city a happier and healthier place through laughter.

Headliner: Bonnie McFarlane
Bonnie McFarlane is a comedian, writer, actress, and director who currently co-hosts the podcast My Wife Hates Me with her husband Rich Vos. In 2004, she competed on NBC’s Last Comic Standing and later scored stand-up specials with HBO’s One Night Stand and Comedy Central Presents. In 2014, McFarlane wrote and directed the documentary Women Aren’t Funny, and she published the memoir You’re Better Than Me two years later.
Also appearing: Kerry Coddett
Kerry Coddett is currently a staff writer on Wyatt Cenac’s Problem Areas, produced by John Oliver, and airing on HBO. Kerry has also appeared on season 2 of HBO’s Crashing, and has made appearances on BET’s The Rundown w/ Robin Thede and performed stand up on BET’s 50 Central. In 2017, Kerry was crowned the winner of the Caroline’s on Broadway Comedy Madness Competition. Beating out 63 comedians, she was also the first woman to win! She was the most frequent guest panelist on Comedy Central’s The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore, a recurring cast member on MTV’s Joking Off and she’s also appeared on Tru TV’s Comedy Knockout, Comedy Central’s Why w/ Hannibal Burress, Huffington Post Live, and Essence Live.
