Please join the Friends of Irving Square Park and the Office of Council Member Espinal for the 2nd Annual Community Pet Day aka Howl-A-Ween in Irving Square Park. Come out to support our city parks, promote pet safety and resource awareness, and for some pet/family friendly fun! The dog costume contest, the crowd favorite from last year, is scheduled to return and a variety of participants will have tables set up with informational materials and activities.
