In The Muppets Take Manhattan, Jim Henson’s Muppets are Manhattanites yearning to get a production on Broadway. Luckily, Kermit the Frog has created a successful variety show, which he staged at fictional Danhurst College. His desperation for backers to get it on Broadway (and to win the heart of Miss Piggy), leads him to take a waitering job to support himself. At the restaurant, he meets the friendly Jennie (Juliana Donald), whose parent owns the business and who becomes a source of jealousy for Miss Piggy. Will the Muppets get the production on Broadway? Find out, while enjoying fun musical numbers in locations around NYC! Rated G.
