Come join us for a tour of our waterfront garden! Located along the coast of the East River, the garden offers year-round beauty, from spring blooming daffodils to winter blooming witchhazel. Join an experienced member of our Horticulture Department and learn about the flowers that are growing on the island along the waterside. You will be able to enjoy breathtaking views of Manhattan while you explore the winding paths of our shade garden.
All are welcome and no fee is required! We will be meeting at the Randall’s Island side of the 103rd St. footbridge. A Randall’s Island Park Alliance staff member will be on site approximately 10 minutes prior to the tour to greet you.

“The Randall’s Island Park Alliance, The Bronx Museum of the Arts, and Made Event are pleased to present FLOW, the annual summer art exhibit along the shoreline at Randall’s Island Park in New York City. FLOW is aimed at fostering appreciation of the shoreline through artistic expression, while calling visitors to interact with and care for the Park’s island environment. Each year, FLOW features five site specific projects by participants in the Bronx Museum’s Artists in the Marketplace (AIM) program for emerging artists.
Randall’s Island Park is a unique and remarkable waterfront resource, located in the East River with views of the Queens, Bronx and Manhattan shorelines. New waterfront pathways run along the 4.5-mile shoreline, which includes almost 9 acres of restored salt marsh and freshwater wetlands. The Park also offers a track & field stadium, a golf center, a 20-court tennis center and dozens of new playing fields, as well as the Harlem River Event Site, home of Made Event’s Electric Zoo, a three-day Labor Day weekend concert event at Randall’s Island which draws local and international DJ artists and audience.
FLOW.13 – this year’s third annual exhibition – will be open to the public every day from June-November, and will feature five new site-specific installations, all reflecting and encouraging interaction with the Park’s history and environment. The five installations are located along the southern shoreline of Randall’s Island Park.

Join us for a guided exploration of the restored wetlands on Randall’s Island! Participants can enjoy viewing beautiful wildflowers, birds and other native wildlife while learning about some of the fascinating history that has shaped the natural areas on the Island. Participants will also have the opportunity for an up close and personal look at a few of the creatures that call Randall’s Island home.
All ages are welcome and the tour is completely free! We will meet at the northeast corner of the Little Hell Gate Salt Marsh, near the south end of Icahn Stadium. A Randall’s Island Park Alliance staff member will be on site approximately 10 minutes prior to the tour to greet you.

The Randall’s Island Park Alliance, BxMA, and Made Event are pleased to present FLOW, the annual summer art exhibit along the shoreline at Randall’s Island Park.
“The Randall’s Island Park Alliance, The Bronx Museum of the Arts, and Made Event are pleased to present FLOW, the annual summer art exhibit along the shoreline at Randall’s Island Park in New York City. FLOW is aimed at fostering appreciation of the shoreline through artistic expression, while calling visitors to interact with and care for the Park’s island environment. Each year, FLOW features five site specific projects by participants in the Bronx Museum’s Artists in the Marketplace (AIM) program for emerging artists.
Randall’s Island Park is a unique and remarkable waterfront resource, located in the East River with views of the Queens, Bronx and Manhattan shorelines. New waterfront pathways run along the 4.5-mile shoreline, which includes almost 9 acres of restored salt marsh and freshwater wetlands. The Park also offers a track & field stadium, a golf center, a 20-court tennis center and dozens of new playing fields, as well as the Harlem River Event Site, home of Made Event’s Electric Zoo, a three-day Labor Day weekend con
