Join the Lower East Side Ecology Center to help care for new street trees in Manhattan!

Have you noticed the work going on around the street trees above 10th Street from Avenue A over to Avenue D? Our trees are getting their beds extended to be able to soak up more water, getting tree guards to protect them, and a thick layer of mulch to protect the soil. Join us to help beautify these new tree beds by planting ground cover plants and flowering bulbs. Please dress to dig in! All ages welcome and tools will be provided.

Please register for this event.
