Classes are taught by Sophie Walters, a Certified Zumba Instructor and ZIN member (Zumba Instructor Network). Sophie lives in Long Island City and has been dreaming of teaching a Zumba Fitness Class in her neighborhood.
Sophie is a Group Fitness Instructor at Crunch and New York Health and Racquet Clubs, where she also teaches Spin and Strong by Zumba (R).
