Volunteers will be trained in tree care, invasive weed identification and removal techniques. Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long pants and clothing that can get dirty. Space is limited. Volunteer with Natural Areas Volunteers at Garrison to help care for and clean up a newly planted forest. Volunteers will be trained in tree care, invasive weed identification and removal techniques. Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long pants and clothing that can get dirty. Please meet your Technical Leader at Edgewater Road and Garrison Avenue. This project is appropriate for adults and youth groups that are high school age and above. Space is limited. Registration is required for this event.
