Spring Citywide Stewardship Day at Seton Park
Volunteers will be removing invasive species such as knotweed, mugwort, and porcelain berry which threaten the otherwise healthy forest.
Exact location of each event will be provided to registered participants.
Volunteer with the Stewardship Team on Spring Citywide Stewardship Day! Tree care and stewardship are critical steps toward ensuring the survival of our urban forest!

Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long pants, and clothing that can get dirty. Please bring your own water bottle.

Volunteers will learn how to identify and safely remove invasive plants along trails. If time allows, volunteers will also be trained in erosion control.
Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long pants, and clothing that can get dirty. Please bring your own water and snacks to keep you going.
Please note: Space is limited and registration is required. Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone.
