A young girl walks through a secret door and discovers a parallel reality that is eerily similar to the life she already knows, yet deeply unsettling in a number of ways, in director Henry Selick’s animated adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s international best-seller. Eleven-year-old Coraline Jones (voice of Dakota Fanning) is fearlessly courageous, and perhaps far too adventurous for her own good. Rated PG

Blindspot’s season 2 premiere and Timeless, NBC’s new series, is to premiere as part of ‘TV under the Stars,’ on Monday, September 12.

Follow “Jane Doe”, a beautiful woman who is found naked in Times Square, her memory erased, her body covered in a series of coded tattoos. But as “Jane Doe” and the FBI team who discovered her work to decipher, investigate and solve the complex treasure map of her body, an ever-widening web of conspiracy and corruption is revealed, as is the truth behind Jane Doe’s real identity and the identity of the people who sent her to the FBI in the first place. The second season of the series debuts on NBC on Wednesday, September 14 at 10:00 p.m.

Tune in on Monday, October 3, at 10:00 p.m. for NBC’s new show: Timeless. From Eric Kripke (“Revolution,” “Supernatural”), Shawn Ryan (“The Shield”) and the producers of “The Blacklist” comes this thrilling action-adventure series in which a mysterious criminal steals a secret state-of-the-art time machine, intent on destroying America as we know it by changing the past. Our only hope is an unexpected team: a scientist, a soldier and a history professor who use the machine’s prototype to travel back in time to critical events. While they must make every effort not to affect the past themselves, they must also stay one step ahead of this dangerous fugitive. Can this handpicked team uncover the mystery behind it all and end his destruction before it’s too late?

Please bring your own picnic blanket or chair; space is available on a first come first served basis. For additional information about the free outdoor screening, please call (212) 408-0289.
