This computer-animated musical fantasy-adventure shares the story of Moana, the strong-willed daughter of a chief of a Polynesian tribe, who is chosen by the ocean itself to reunite a mystical relic with a goddess. When a blight strikes her island, Moana (Auli’i Cravalho) sets sail in search of Maui, a legendary demigod, in the hope of saving her people. This wonderful film features the voices of Dwayne Johnson, Rachel House, Temuera Morrison, Jemaine Clement, Nicole Scherzinger, and music composed by Tony-winner Lin-Manuel Miranda.

You should come before 7:15 p.m. to get your spot for the movie. Please bring your own picnic blanket or chair. Food is OK, but no alcohol or smoking is permitted.

On It’s My Park Day, support the Rugby Neighborhood Alliance and help give this small playground a “community led make over.”

On It’s My Park Day, support the Rugby Neighborhood Alliance and help give this small playground a “community led make over.” Activities will include bench painting, weeding garden beds and a chess tournament. Volunteers should wear appropriate work clothes and wear gloves.
