Playground 103 Community Input Meeting
Join us for a public meeting at Playground 103 to discuss the re-imagining and reconstruction of this park through the Community Parks Initiative.

Through the Community Parks Initiative, NYC Parks is spending $130 million to rebuild and re-imagine 35 community parks across the city, including East Harlem’s Playground 103. We will upgrade playgrounds, ball courts, green spaces and more, using 21st-century designs and materials. To do this, we need your input and feedback on local needs, and your ideas on how this playground can better serve the neighborhood.

Registration for this event is encouraged, but not required.

Join NYC Parks and the New York City Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment for a free film! This movie is held outdoors.

Sam Neill returns as Dr. Alan Grant, a scientist who’s tricked by wealthy couple Paul and Amanda Kirby (William H. Macy and Tea Leoni) into a fly-over of Isla Sorna. The object of their sightseeing tour is one of the Costa Rican islands populated by ferocious, genetically bred dinosaurs and the “site B” setting of Jurassic Park 2: The Lost World (1997). After their plane crash-lands, it’s revealed that the Kirbys are actually seeking their teenage son, lost on the island after a paragliding accident. Trapped on Isla Sorna, Grant and his companions discover some painful truths the hard way. Rated PG-13.
